After-Hours Stock Movers:

ZoomInfo Technologies (ZI) surged 23% after reporting fourth quarter results that topped Wall Street expectations, along with solid guidance for the first quarter and full year.

Arista Networks (NYSE:) declined 7% despite beating estimates for EPS in the fourth quarter. The stock recently hit a record high.

Tripadvisor (TRIP) climbed 15% after it formed a committee of independent directors to evaluate potential deals. The Special Committee retained Centerview Partners LLC as its financial advisor in connection with its evaluation.

Avis Budget Group (NASDAQ:) declined 2% after the rental car company reported revenue that misses estimates in the last quarter of 2023.

Teradata Corp. (NYSE:) declined 13% after it issued full year 2024 earnings per share guidance that was well below consensus.

Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) declined 7% after it issued guidance for first quarter revenue didn’t come close to matching expectations.

Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ:) declined 6% despite slightly better than expected EPS in the fourth quarter. Its EPS forecast for the first quarter trailed estimates, but guidance for the full year wasn’t as bad.
